WITH over 200 miles of coastline, Misamis Oriental has certainly lots of beaches starting from Naawan to Talisayan. The beach in Naawan is still very tranquil and serene because it has not been developed yet. In fact, the beachhouse of Mayor Dennis Roa is so beautiful that it is said that he entertains visitors there. You will love the sight of the sunset in this area.

Not to be undermined, the beaches at Talisayan such as Villa Arcadia also offers amenities for both foreign and domestic vacationers to lure in for maybe a couple of days. Since Talisayan is a sleepy town, the beaches there offer down-to-earth service and their owners themselves would be the one to accommodate you in your quarters and will even accompany you in the tours.

If you hate the water at all, then there are various forms of recreation available at the resorts such as a game of billiard or passing off the hours singing videoke while sipping bottles of beer.

One of the beaches in Talisayan has a glass boat. During daytime, you can actually see the fishes underwater while the boat is cruising off the shoreline. On rare occasions, you can even see dolphins accompanying your boat – the ones who live off the nearby island of Camiguin.
